30 Day Performance Guarantee
We know that once you start using a Callaway uPro, you will wonder how you ever played golf without one! But in case you don’t find yourself completely satisfied with your Callaway uPro, you can return it within 30 days from the original date of purchase for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees. To return your Callaway uPro please obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA), from our customer support team at 888-358-5788 or upro_support@callawaygolf.com.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Performance guarantee does not apply to accessories or course credit purchases.
2. Thirty day period begins from original purchase date.
3. 15% restocking fee applies to all Performance Guarantee returns
4. Return shipping fees will be deducted out of refund amount
5. All returns must be in original packaging, include all components, and be in good condition.
6. Must provide a copy of original sales receipt
7. Return Merchandise Authorization numbers are valid for 14 days.
8. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned post-paid.
9. Callaway Golf reserves the right to change or discontinue the Performance Guarantee at any time.

Resellers
A RMA number must re requested within 72 hours of a customer return. The Callaway uPro must be shipped back within 14 days to receive a stock replacement shipment. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned post-paid.
